The staff's warm and friendly attitude
From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. They were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable. the manager even took the time to show us to a nearby restaurant, which was a great touch. the breakfast was excellent with plenty of options to choose from. the room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
There were a few mosquitoes around the property, which was a bit annoying. It would have been great to have some mosquito repellent plugins or additional AC units in the common areas to combat this issue.

One positive aspect of this hotel was its historic family home atmosphere, which added a unique touch to the stay. The public spaces were wonderful, though not air-conditioned, and the staff were very personable and helpful. They were available at all times and went above and beyond to assist. The breakfast and dinner at a nearby hotel, The Embazzy, were excellent and offered a European-style menu with good prices.
The location of this hotel was quite inconvenient, as it was far from the center and difficult to find without getting directions. Google maps was of no help at all.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood, this charming heritage bungalow exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, with attractions within walking distance. The spacious, well-furnished room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The friendly staff provided excellent service and even assisted us with maps and guides. The breakfast was delicious and the small pool in the backyard was a nice touch. The abundance of reading material added to the overall experience, making it truly enjoyable.
The overall decor felt a bit mismatched and lacked a professional touch.

The value for money at the Villa was excellent, with a fantastic room equipped with AC, fridge, and cable TV. The location was perfect, nestled in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff treated us like family, providing helpful recommendations and making our stay extra special.
The breakfast offerings could use a slight improvement, perhaps by adding more variety to the menu.
